As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will help drive sales growth by developing and analysing forecasting and productivity data.     What You'll Do

    • Work closely with the Business Development team, the CFO, and the finance department
    • Generate, maintain, and analyse key sales productivity, forecasting metrics, and additional reports on the sales process
    • Develop comprehensive pipeline reporting from CRM system (salesforce.com) and collaborate with IT to build enhanced sales functionality
    • Analyse market intelligence, client usage trends and sales feedback to identify best opportunities and address competitive threats
    • Work closely with the Business Development Directors to ensure CRM system compliance and facilitate system training among the sales team
    • Help support infrastructure planning by collaborating with business development, finance and operations/servicing teams
    • Support full cycle and cross-functional contract process

    What You Have

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 2+ years of successful business development operations administration experience
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
    • Proficiency in sales support and reporting as well as use of Salesforce.com
    • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across departments
