    We are currently looking for an HR Coordinator to support our growing HR team. The HR Coordinator will assist with onboarding for new employees, campus recruiting initiatives, and providing general support to the U.S. HR team. The ideal candidate has a high level of attention to detail and is a collaborative team player able to work in a fast paced environment.

    What You'll Do

    • Coordinate the onboarding process, end-to-end including: creating training folders for new hires, liaising with Talent Development Manager on scheduling training with onboarding committee and local resources, and involvement in first day onboarding. In addition, partner with Boston and San Francisco point of contacts to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate onboarding processes.
    • Assist with campus recruiting efforts, including: scheduling interviews, coordinating university and community networking events, organizing super-days, shipping and tracking swag for events, and all other general support for the Campus Recruiting team.
    • Support Talent Development Manager in project management execution with course trainings and program initiatives.
    • Ad-hoc administrative support or projects that are required in support of the global HR team

    What You Have

    • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Industrial and Organizational Psychology/Development)
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in professional business services (Human Resources a plus)
    • Strong project management skills with an ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrate a high-level of proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
    • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to contribute ideas to the overall team
