    What You'll Do

    • Support the HR team by drafting and publishing job ads, reviewing resumes, coordinating and scheduling phone and on site interviews
    • Assist with the onboarding of new employees
    • Maintain several databases for statistical analysis, process effectiveness and reporting
    • Assist with the planning and coordination of office and campus recruitment events
    • Identify HR workflow inefficiencies and develop solutions for streamlining/automating HR processes; package communications and material for employees
    • Provide general support for visitors and guests
    • Restocking of pantry supplies and beverages
    • Receiving work request, assigning work orders, entering system data

    What You Have

    • Bachelor’s degree with high level of academic achievements
    • Prior work experience in Recruitment/ HR Administration/ Communication required
    • Strong team player with entrepreneurial mind with pro-active and results-oriented work style
    • Ability to communicate with candidates, university and external stakeholders
    • Strong communication skills and excellent English and a good German is essential
    • Effective time management and organizational skills
