  • Overview

    The CI team is responsible for supporting and participating in strategic initiatives across Guidepoint, including leading the diagnostic, design and implementation of projects covering Voice of the Customer (VoC), Process efficiency, Performance management, Organization and skills and Mindsets and behavior. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to help create efficiencies and quality improvements, as well as gain knowledge in applying lean and six sigma methodologies. You must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and training skills and have a high degree of comfort engaging with all levels of an organization.

    What You'll Do

    • Baseline and analyze key data components (e.g., Costs, FTEs, KPIs etc.) to help with fact-based decision making
    • Assist with the identification and prioritization of opportunities where process redesign/improvement can significantly impact efficiency, compliance, quality, profitability, competitive position and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct process improvement initiatives with process owners which includes documenting current process to identify pain points and opportunities, performing supporting data analysis, facilitating the design of the process changes, and supporting implementation of the process change
    • Develop and deliver written and verbal communications to inform and align with key decision makers

    What You Have

    • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance, MIS, Engineering, Operations or Business Management) and strong academic record required
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience
    • Six Sigma Green Belt training and/or Lean certification
    • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite especially strong in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
    • Outgoing personality with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
    • Available for occasional travel (~30%)
