Guidepoint is expecting continued growth, and is expanding our Talent Acquisition practice in response. We desire to make even stronger, more impactful connections with new and recent university grads, current students and on-campus partners to fuel our intern, entry level and early career talent pipeline.

The Campus Recruiter will own all dimensions of the university program, project managing seasonal campus recruitment efforts and leading the engagement and selection of intern, entry level and early career hires. A successful hire will be a natural collaborator and communicator, a strategic thinker, and will demonstrate operational and project management savvy.
