Overview

Guidepoint is expecting continued growth, and is expanding our Talent Acquisition practice in response. We desire to make even stronger, more impactful connections with new and recent university grads, current students and on-campus partners to fuel our intern, entry level and early career talent pipeline.  

 

The Campus Recruiter will own all dimensions of the university program, project managing seasonal campus recruitment efforts and leading the engagement and selection of intern, entry level and early career hires. A successful hire will be a natural collaborator and communicator, a strategic thinker, and will demonstrate operational and project management savvy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of the prime recruitment season university/college campus programs
  • Lead the evaluation and selection process for US based entry level, early career and intern hires in partnership with hiring managers and client across the organization
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis with the HR team, hiring managers and stakeholders to make recommendations for strategic mix of campus participation each season
  • Forecast resources required to execute against plan, and manage budget
  • Communicate Guidepoint’s employer value proposition through messaging, visuals and giveaways with Guidepoint’s brand integrity in mind
  • In partnership with Head of Talent Acquisition, identify KPIs to measure performance and success of campus initiatives. Own the tracking and reporting of those KPIs.
  • Establish and nurture relationships and make inroads with career services, professors, student organizations and other on-campus resources with the goal of continuously advocating for Guidepoint’s employee value proposition
  • Identify off-season opportunities to engage the university community such as niche event attendance, speaker engagements, etc.
  • Develop a communication and community building strategy to maintain relationships with campus communities throughout the year
  • Develop content for distribution through Guidepoint social channels including advertising upcoming campus events, Guidepoint news relevant to the audience, and topics of interest

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, managing full life cycle recruitment initiatives
  • Experience with strategic event planning and execution, including formal campus career fairs and more informal networking/information sessions, with attention to brand integrity and user experience
  • Savvy project manager with experience building, executing against, and refining a project plan
  • Comfortable managing complex logistics
  • Demonstrated experience crafting audience specific messaging plans and managing execution through social and other marketing channels
  • Demonstrated success in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • A focus on continuous improvement; gathering and using qualitative and quantitative feedback to make refinements
  • A natural collaborator and communicator with a professional and personable demeanor
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking System (icims preferred)
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices is a plus
