If you are ready to grow the bottom line at an entrepreneurial B2B service business, consider this opportunity to lead one of Guidepoint’s key growth areas, the corporate market. This segment has tremendous potential: worldwide, corporations are seeking the best primary information sources they can find to shape their thinking on a range of high-impact initiatives. Guidepoint meets their need by providing rapid connections to knowledgeable experts whose insights and observations help corporations to refine their strategies, make acquisition decisions, launch and license new products, and more.

As Global Head, Corporate Business Development and Research, you’ll apply your business development, strategic planning, operational management, and team building skills to accelerate Guidepoint’s growth in this key segment. Reporting to the CEO and working alongside a cadre of talented co-workers in the U.S, Europe, and Asia, you’ll create and drive the strategic agenda for accelerated growth and success at corporate clients.  You’ll guide and mentor a team of direct reports, which includes senior and junior new business development professionals, project managers, and research analysts. You’ll actively participate in relationship-building and sales activities. As you gain expertise in Guidepoint’s business, you’ll develop new product offerings, establish best practices for sales and service, and continue to hold global teams to the highest standards of execution.

You’re a high-energy, focused manager with exceptional business development, leadership, and operational management skills. Through experience, you’ve learned that aggressive expansion requires a balance of strategic, creative thinking and strategic, disciplined execution.

You’ve figured out how to motivate colleagues with varying levels of job seniority to supercharge their performance. Some people say that you’re a born leader, while others say you’re a born salesperson. You agree with both categorizations, but with a twist: you’re proud of the hard work you’ve put in to hone your skills. Your ability to communicate persuasively and effectively, both verbally and in writing, has contributed in no small part to your impressive career to date.
