As Global Head, Corporate Business Development and Research, you’ll apply your business development, strategic planning, operational management, and team building skills to accelerate Guidepoint’s growth in this key segment. Reporting to the CEO and working alongside a cadre of talented co-workers in the U.S, Europe, and Asia, you’ll create and drive the strategic agenda for accelerated growth and success at corporate clients. You’ll guide and mentor a team of direct reports, which includes senior and junior new business development professionals, project managers, and research analysts. You’ll actively participate in relationship-building and sales activities. As you gain expertise in Guidepoint’s business, you’ll develop new product offerings, establish best practices for sales and service, and continue to hold global teams to the highest standards of execution.
